International Shipping

We currently do not offer international shipping.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once an order is shipped, Vèlera is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages. However, if you experience an issue, please contact us, and we’ll do our best to assist you.

Address & Order Issues
